Stepping Stones Services - Strategic Objectives

• To support survivors of mental health challenges to gain and maintain meaningful employment that helps build self-esteem and confidence
• To support employees with lived experience of the mental health system to develop and attain their employment goals
• To improve options for survivors of mental health challenges in the broader work force
• To develop and maintain an organizational business plan for Stepping Stones Services to increase business revenue
• To support a well-functioning, sustainable Board of Directors that reflects the diversity of Stepping Stones Services and the North Bay community
• To develop and maintain fair, legal and transparent employment practices and compensation schemes
• To help to raise awareness of mental health issues in North Bay and the wider community
• To help to reduce stigma and discrimination towards survivors of mental health challenges in the North Bay community
• To sustain an effective management structure which continues to offer support from supervisors with lived experience of the mental health system
